About Me

Hi, I'm Lawrence. As a professional fitness trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. LV FITT will aim to help you reach your fitness goals through encouragement and support whilst making significant lifestyle changes to support your health and wellbeing.

I have always had a passion for playing sport and keeping fit, formerly through playing football and more recently through training and competing in running events, from park runs through to half marathons and trail running. My qualifications include a BSc in Sports Science (from Brunel University) as well as Level 3 Personal Training Diploma.

Based on what I have learnt in my studies and through personal experience, I have found that the best method of fitness is built on the four principles of training - Frequency, Intensity, Time, Type - how often, how hard, for how long, and what type of training.

 

With a friendly and motivational approach, I aim to help you enjoy being active in a way that will be sustainable and a fun process for the rest of your life.
